Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, where the EU is headquartered, the EU-China Youth Culture and Arts Development Committee is committed to promoting cultural and artistic exchanges and development between the European Union and Chinese youth.
On 9 April 2024, Chen Zimu, Secretary General of ECYCADC, Michel stockhem, Director of the Royal Higher Institute of Fine Arts in Mons, and Diao Tingting, Principal of the Affiliated Higher Secondary School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts signed a contract inviting the Affiliated Higher Secondary School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts to join the Sino-European Alliance for Art Education.
On 15 April 2024, Chen Zimu, Secretary General of ECYCADC, and Michel stockhem, Director of the Royal Higher Institute of Fine Arts in Mons, invited to prevent the Central Conservatory of Music, and exchanged with President Yu Feng about the cooperation between China and Europe in art education, while organ and conductor masterclasses were held at the same time.
